Return & Exchange Policy

At QUELQU'UN, we want you fully satisfied with your purchase.

Exchanges
Exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Subject to availability — exchange for equal value or pay the difference.

Refunds
Refunds accepted within 14 days for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, processed to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

Non-Returnable Items
Worn, washed, or altered items, items missing tags/packaging, and final sale items are not eligible unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos — we'll resolve it quickly.

Return Shipping
We cover return shipping for defects or our errors. Size/preference exchanges are customer-paid unless stated otherwise.
